Bourbon Whiskey finished in a port barrel

Our Lost Hollow Bourbon was carefully placed in Tawny Port barrels to transform its liquid with new character and depth. Port wine is a Portuguese fortified wine produced in the Douro Valley of northern Portugal. It is typically a sweet fortified red wine commonly enjoyed with dessert, (although it also comes in Ruby, dry, semi-dry, and white varieties.) This distinctive second finishing imparts deep, rich, sightly sweet flavors of dark fruit (berry, fig, grape) with notes of nut (toasted almond), graham cracker, and vanilla.

Mint Julep


  • 2 oz Oracle Bourbon Whiskey
  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • Large Bundle of Mint
  • Crushed Ice


  • Build your cocktail in a rocks glass or julep glass.
  • Add 4-7 sprigs of mint to your glass then add 0.25oz simple syrup
  • Muddle the mint and syrup softly. You want to open up the mint oils but not bruise the mint and make it bitter
  • Add 2oz of Bourbon and two big scoops of pebble ice to your cocktail glass.
  • Stir cocktail continually with bar spoon until frost forms on the outside of the glass. Try a swizzle stick if you have one!
  • Top cocktail with another scoop of pebble ice and add 3 dashes of bitters
  • Garnish with a hearty bouquet of mint
    • Before you place your mint garnish in the glass, softly smack the mint bouquet between your palms to open up the mint and release the aromas. Place mint in glass and add a straw for sippin’
