Iechyd Da Reposado Agave Spirit

Reposado translated to “rested” in Spanish is a delicately barrel aged spirit. Our distillers rested Iechyd Da Blue Agave spirit in oak barrels for 11 months resulting in a spirit with a soft golden hue and layers of flavor. Nose is of fruit, smoke, tobacco, clove and hints butterscotch. Taste follows the aroma with some mild oakiness, but is mellow and smooth with a mild and sweet finish. Exceptionally versatile and smooth, try elevating your next margarita with our Reposado spirit.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:

Blackberry Jalapeño Margarita

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 oz. Iechyd Da Reposado Agave Spirit
  • 0.5 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Blackberry Jalapeño Simple Syrup Simple syrup
  • Mint & Jalapeño garnish (OPTIONAL)

PREPARATION: 

  • Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake until well chilled
  • Dirty dump into a cocktail or margarita glass.
  • Top cocktail with fresh ice and garnish with a mint sprig and fresh jalapeño.
  • ENJOY!
