A wise storyteller once said, “Not all who wander are lost” Our Lost Hollow Bourbon takes off on an epic adventure in Oloroso Sherry barrels to seek new flavor companions and gain rich depth. Sherry wine is a Spanish fortified wine made from white grapes that comes in a wide range of styles and flavor. The Oloroso style is a dry, rich, high alcohol wine that is generously aged resulting in a deep, complex sherry with plenty of complexity. This unique second finishing blankets the bourbon with a nose of dried fruit (date, golden raisin, apricot) layered with notes of nougat, leather, spice, rich oak and nuts (toasted pecan).
